About the role
We're looking for a Projects Operations Coordinator to own the complete post-sales lifecycle of GateGuard. You'll be the single point of accountability connecting our sales team, technical team, deployment team, and customers—ensuring seamless delivery, proactive support, and continuous product improvement.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team on all matters post-closure: delivery scheduling, deployment coordination, installation support
- Manage customer expectations and communication throughout the implementation journey
- Technical & Product Liaison
- Document feature requests from the sales team and pass them to the leadership and product teams
- Coordinate with engineering on issue resolution and release timelines
