About the role
Head - Project is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all airside, terminal and landside projects. This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and delivering projects that align with the strategic goals of the airport's master plan.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of the site against the baseline — cost, schedule, quality and safety — and the recovery plan when it slips
- Integrate civil, mechanical, electrical, commissioning and enabling works into one sequenced, de-conflicted front
- Keep work fronts open and productive — sequence fronts, balance resources and break the daily bottlenecks that stall progress
- Drive contractor performance and productivity
- Own built quality — ensure hold-points, inspections and build-right-first-time discipline are real, not paperwork
