This role is responsible for operating Coal Handling Plant (CHP) equipment for optimal performance and efficiency, while ensuring systematic coal handling. What you'll do
- Maintain the stake yard according to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle to ensure systematic coal handling
- Execute regular trials to ensure the healthiness of the fire fighting and detection systems
- Oversee shift operations, including control room monitoring and ensuring no generation loss occurs
- Conduct housekeeping quality checks to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate CHP equipment to achieve desired requirements with optimum load and efficiency
