About the role
Budget preparation by interacting with cross functional teams and project managers. Coordinate with project managers and procurement to validate Capex spend and asset classification. Preparation & analysis of monthly Capex MIS. Track Capital expenditure with respect to budget and reporting the same to the management on fortnightly basis.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement to validate Capex spend and asset classification
- Track Capital expenditure with respect to budget and reporting the same to the management on fortnightly basis
- Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy & efficiency in Capex reporting
- Tracking Capital expenditure and capitalization w.r.t AERA approved projects
- Monitor fuel procurement, storage and distribution costs of Fuel Farm operations
