What you'll do
- Plan and execute turbine erection, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities as per OEM guidelines
- Oversee operation and maintenance of steam turbines, auxiliaries, lubrication systems, and governing systems
- Monitor turbine performance parameters, analyze deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, statutory norms, and quality requirements during all turbine-related activities
