About the role
The R&D Engineer - Cluster - Module Technology is responsible for initiating and leading trials for new products and processes in module technology, focusing on design, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
What you'll do

- Track industry trends and benchmark competitor products. Develop new products based on market demand and technology advancements
- Facilitate the transition of new technologies from R&D to large-scale manufacturing, ensuring smooth integration into production lines
- Ensure ongoing improvements in module reliability and performance by refining designs and addressing issues found during testing and production
- Provide training sessions and workshops for team members on techniques and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
