About the role
To assist in executing detailed project plans, managing budgets, monitoring project progress, and analyzing performance metrics. This role involves supporting the planning and control processes, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
What you'll do
- Assist in formulating contracting strategies, including integrating APC contracts into the overall plan
- Collect estimates from various departments to assist in accurate budgeting and resource planning
- Help in the ongoing refinement of micro plans to adapt to project changes and challenges
- Help prepare annual and monthly budgets by incorporating detailed project reports and cost estimates
- Contribute to the development of annual CAPEX plans and monthly budget plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements
