About the role
Monitor and control critical manufacturing processes including mold preparation, layup, infusion, curing, demolding, assembly, finishing, and inspection. Ensure process compliance as per work instructions, SOPs, and engineering specifications. Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and EHS teams to achieve production targets.
What you'll do
- Ensure daily execution of blade manufacturing operations as per production schedules
- Monitor and control critical manufacturing processes including mold preparation, layup, infusion, curing, demolding, assembly, finishing, and inspection
- Ensure process compliance as per work instructions, SOPs, and engineering specifications
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and EHS teams to achieve production targets
- Drive line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives
