About the role
Engineer - WTG (PM/BM) is responsible for supporting and executing both preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks on wind turbines under the supervision of senior maintenance engineers. The role involves conducting inspections, assisting in troubleshooting, performing basic repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards to ensure the efficient functioning of turbines.
What you'll do
- Assist in inspections of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal turbine performance
- Report any issues or abnormalities observed during inspections
- Support breakdown maintenance tasks by diagnosing and repairing faults in turbines under the guidance
- Assist in the replacement of faulty components and ensure the timely completion of repairs in line with safety and operational standards
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting faults in turbine components
