About the role
Lead and manage all digital transformation initiatives for the coal trading business, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and leadership expectations. Act as the key business coordinator with the Central IT team for planning, development, implementation, and stabilization of all business-related digital projects.

- Prepare, review, validate, and finalize Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) in consultation with business users, functional teams, and technology partners
- Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-case preparation, issue identification, feedback consolidation, closure tracking
- Lead IRM digital initiatives and ensure effective implementation, adoption, and value realization across relevant business functions
