About the role
Coordinate with the horticulture department for the development and tracking of green zones, aligning with Environmental clearance conditions. Ecological Reporting and Regulatory Adherence: Coordinate, collect data, and submit Annual Terrestrial Ecology reports for other operational sites of APL, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What you'll do
- Conduct seasonal surveys of terrestrial flora and fauna within a 10 km vicinity of power station, ensuring comprehensive data collection and analysis
- Perform extensive monitoring of avifauna and interpret terrestrial ecology data using various diversity indices to assess ecological health
- Prepare and submit half-yearly terrestrial ecological survey reports, detailing findings and providing insights for ecological management
- Coordinate with the horticulture department for the development and tracking of green zones, aligning with Environmental clearance conditions
- Coordinate, collect data, and submit Annual Terrestrial Ecology reports for other operational sites of APL, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
