About the role

Achieve zero fatalities, safety training for cell process employees, and reporting of unsafe acts/conditions. Enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety reviews, and implement preventive measures. Improve PECVD process efficiency. Analyze current PECVD parameters, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement changes to enhance process efficiency.

What you'll do

• Achieve zero fatalities, safety training for cell process employees, and reporting of unsafe acts/conditions. Enforce compliance with safety regulations
• Improve PECVD process efficiency. Analyze current PECVD parameters, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement changes to enhance process efficiency
• Achieve compliance with SPC tool usage across PECVD processes. Train staff on SPC tools and monitor their usage to ensure high compliance across PECVD operations
• Establish partnerships with research institutions and suppliers for PECVD innovations. Foster collaborations to exchange knowledge, innovate PECVD techniques
• Maintain adherence to quality standards in PECVD processes. Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent and reliable PECVD processes
