About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of Operational Technology (OT) systems and Load Dispatch Center (LDC) data, with a focus on perimeter security, firewall management, endpoint protection, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
What you'll do
- Lead - OT Security & LDC data
- Handle notifications and alerts related to security incidents and travel to plants if ports are down to resolve issues promptly
- Conduct intrusive prevention, monitoring, and debugging of incoming and outgoing traffic on firewalls, ensuring the detection of suspicious activities
- Ensure the proper implementation of firewalls and connections at the site, particularly during initial setup or any changes
- Support the configuration and whitelisting of rules and definitions for endpoint protection by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
