What you'll do
- Plan and supervise vessel maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements
- Lead emergency response efforts during vessel casualties, implementing crisis management protocols to ensure safety and operational continuity
- Ensure timely compliance with Class and statutory requirements to prevent vessel detentions/arrests
- Act as primary contact for various stakeholders, monitor fuel consumption, and manage inventory procurement and invoicing processes
- Conduct emergency drills, prioritize safety and environmental compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the team
