Ensure deep understanding and adherence to development and regulatory bylaws, project designs, and approvals Expected to manage all aspects of project including but not limited to inception, planning, budgeting, statutory & legal approvals, Management of Consultants, Contractors, Vendors & Suppliers, Complete execution
What you'll do
- Ensure deep understanding and adherence to development and regulatory bylaws, project designs, and approvals
- Provide best-in-class leadership for safety, quality, compliances, and construction management
- Oversee and direct the project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, legal, and finance, PMC and contractor partner to drive project success
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing project timelines and costs while maintaining high-quality standards
