Duty Manager - AOCC/JCC is responsible for supervising shift-based airport operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, compliance with standard procedures, and swift coordination during disruptions. The role demands quick decision-making to address real-time challenges, maintain operational continuity, and uphold On-Time Performance (OTP) across all airport functions.
What you'll do
- Monitor flight schedules, OTP (On-Time Performance), delays, and cancellations, taking necessary actions to minimize disruptions
- Coordinate with ATC for expected time of arrival (ETA) updates, parking stand assignments, runway usage changes, and aircraft towing/engine run-ups
- Support the implementation of emergency response plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders during disruptions or crises
- Lead and support team members in the shift, offering direction and ensuring that performance aligns with organizational standards
- Evaluate team performance and foster professional growth through tailored development plans for team members
