About the role
Executive - Aviation Safety ensures the effective implementation of safety procedures on the airside to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in supporting the development of safety culture, conducting assessments, and promoting safety awareness in alignment with DGCA standards and organizational protocols.
What you'll do
- Conduct routine safety inspections across airside operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational safety protocols
- Identify hazards during inspections and coordinate with relevant teams to address and mitigate safety risks effectively
- Follow up on reported incidents by coordinating with the Lead and other teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
- Assist in the preparation and execution of emergency drills, ensuring all personnel are familiar with emergency response procedures
- Review and support the update of emergency action plans based on drill outcomes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and operational needs
