What you'll do
- Lead the review/analyses of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic financial plans for all hospitality assets
- Coordinate with asset managers, hotel operators, and finance teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
- Analyze variances between actual performance and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights
- Prepare periodic cash flow statements to ensure liquidity planning and working capital efficiency
- Monitor receivables, payables, project cash flows, operator remittances, and capital expenditure requirements
