- Develop the long-term business strategy and roadmap for the Copper Business for sustainable volume, EBITDA growth (e.g projects on refinery expansion
- Lead growth and strategic projects from opportunity identification, concept validation, and team alignment, management approval for execution
- Convert strategic priorities and identified opportunities into executable business plans with clear ownership, timelines, and stakeholder buy-in
- Drive initiatives in collaboration with technology, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Projects teams
