About the role
The Lead - Architecture Services is responsible for leading and managing the architectural design process for multiple projects within the assigned cluster. The role ensures seamless coordination across departments, manages external consultants, and drives the creation and execution of high-quality, innovative, and market-aligned projects within budgetary and time constraints.
What you'll do
- Lead - Architect & Design
- Oversee the architectural and design aspects of all projects in the cluster, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and financial objectives
- Review and validate all architectural drawings and designs, providing feedback and ensuring that corrections are accurately implemented
- Maintain and monitor comprehensive trackers for all ongoing projects to track progress, deadlines, and dependencies across various departments
- Ensure projects are delivered with optimal quality, adhering to predefined budgets and timelines
