About the role
Develop and implement asset management strategies for hospitality assets to maximize ROI. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs for all properties. Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. Act as the primary liaison between Adani and hotel operators. Negotiate and manage Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and related contracts.
