About the role
Head - QA/QC is responsible for quality assurance and quality control processes for all construction and city-side development projects. This role involves designing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), methodologies, Quality strategy, conducting regular quality audits, and leading the QA/QC team through comprehensive training and professional development.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the QA/QC processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and organizational policies
- Develop and oversee implementation of quality management systems and procedures that promote continuous improvement throughout all project phases
- Design the Quality Management Systems (QMS), method statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) at the site
- Oversee regular quality audits and inspections across construction sites to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze audit findings to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
