About the role
Own the training delivery strategy, annual training calendar, governance framework, and capability roadmap for ports and logistics operations across assigned regions. Lead the delivery of technical, operational, safety, compliance, supervisory, and leadership training programs for frontline workforce, technicians, operators, supervisors, and management personnel.

- Manage training centers, simulators, laboratories, practical learning infrastructure, and deployment resources across locations
- Build, mentor, and manage a cadre of internal trainers, SMEs, external faculty, and partner agencies to ensure training quality and scalability
