About the role
This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, optimization, and reliability of auxiliary systems, including Circulating Water Parks (CWP), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants, and Debris Filters. This role involves strategic planning, daily monitoring, vendor management, and project execution to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of these systems across multiple sites.
What you'll do
- Lead - Balance of Plant (BOP)
- Monitor critical equipment and identify maintenance requirements outside of Annual Overhaul (AOH) and Continuous Overhaul (COH) schedules
- Ensure projects are uniformly implemented across all sites and support sites in identifying and resolving issues
- Implement trial projects and phased rollouts, working closely with the engineering and quality departments
- Conduct annual technical audits to address identified deficiencies
