About the role
Perform second-level review of contractor RA/final bills received after Project QS Billing Lead validation;. Check compliance to contract terms, BOQ, approved rates, inclusions/exclusions, deductions and approval requirements;. Validate supporting records including measurements, MB abstracts, test certificates, approvals, debit/credit notes and correspondence;.
What you'll do
- Perform second-level review of contractor RA/final bills received after Project QS Billing Lead validation
- Coordinate clarifications between Project QS, Contracts and Finance to close discrepancies within agreed timelines
- Maintain SBU billing verification tracker, ageing log and status of bills under review, returned and cleared
- Support timely bill processing by ensuring correct sequencing of notes, checks and approvals
