About the role
Lead the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of CAPEX budgets for owned hospitality assets. Collaborate with operations and business development teams to prioritize and approve capital projects based on ROI and strategic alignment. Conduct post-investment analysis and performance evaluation of completed projects.
