About the role
Develop ESG guidelines for hospitality assets and ensure their incorporation into all design stages. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants to embed sustainability principles in all technical and aesthetic decisions. Review design submissions and material specifications and support green building certification pathways.
What you'll do
- Define sustainability criteria for materials, equipment, and services. Guide procurement teams and vendor selection processes to enable responsible, low impact
- Provide ESG design inputs, frameworks, and recommendations to AOC project teams. Review designs for environmental performance and advise on low carbon materials
- Work with hotel operators to ensure ongoing adherence to ESG guidelines during operations, including energy use, water management, waste systems
