Lead - Quality is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and exceed industry standards. This role will oversee quality assurance efforts, lead a team, and foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
What you'll do
- Testing & Commissioning: Pressure Testing, Air Balancing (TAB), Water Balancing, Commissioning Reports (Cx)
- Develop and implement quality management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards and exceed customer expectations
- Oversee the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes, documentation, and systems to ensure consistency
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
