About the role
This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the plant. This role is responsible for implementing safety training programs, supporting in regular audits and inspections, and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations. The role will proactively manage safety initiatives, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance to safeguard personnel and operations.
What you'll do
- Conduct Safety induction Training and vertigo test for new staff and workers of agencies
- Support in safety campaigns and participate in mock drills to prepare staff for emergency situations
- Conduct various EHS Training programs and track training data
- Provide support and required information for investigation of near-miss incidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
- Conduct awareness sessions for agency workmen to reinforce safety standards
