About the role
The Team Lead - Estate Management - Admin manages operations and ensure upkeep of all Estates across locations. To lead planning and execution of all events at Estates with an objective of delivering services of exceptional quality. What you'll do
- Ensures alignment of estate management operations with overall Admin strategy and objectives
- Formulates estate management budgets, optimizing costs, and overseeing policy development and regular updates in line with business requirements
- Ensures efficient management of estate, F&B services, horticulture services, and facility maintenance. Manages vendor billings and payment processes
- Ensures planning and execution of events at promoter estates, including vendor management, event design, and budgeting
- Ensures estate management processes comply with governance protocols and SOPs, and develops action plans to address audit findings and mitigate risks in estate operations
