About the role
Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities of Coal Handling Plant (CHP) equipment. Ensure uninterrupted coal unloading, conveying, crushing, stacking, reclaiming, and bunker feeding operations to support generation requirements. Maintain and improve reliability of conveyors, crushers, screens, stacker reclaimers, paddle feeders, plough feeders, trippers, vibrating feeders, and associated equipment.
What you'll do
- Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities of Coal Handling Plant (CHP) equipment
- Ensure uninterrupted coal unloading, conveying, crushing, stacking, reclaiming, and bunker feeding operations to support generation requirements
- Maintain and improve reliability of conveyors, crushers, screens, stacker reclaimers, paddle feeders, plough feeders, trippers, vibrating feeders
- Monitor CHP equipment health and implement reliability improvement initiatives to reduce forced outages and recurring failures
- Plan and execute annual shutdowns, overhauls, major maintenance activities, and capital repair jobs
