About the role
This role is responsible for conducting detailed analyses of plant equipment performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence. This role will also manage equipment budgets, ensure the reliability of instruments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance plans in coordination with Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability teams
- Monitor plan adherence and ensure timely closure of scheduled activities
- Review plant performance and identify maintenance interventions required to improve equipment reliability
- Coordinate execution schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Develop annual maintenance and overhaul plans for plant equipment and systems
