About the role
This role is responsible for driving business excellence and organization transformation through continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with IMS, DISHA, ABEM, and other quality frameworks through regular audits, training, and process management.
What you'll do
- Ensure adherence to the 9 standards as outlined in the IMS framework
- Facilitate communication for internal audits, collate observations, ensure timely closure of findings and manage the recertification process
- Organize and lead management review meetings to communicate audit findings and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate refresher trainings for new joiners on IMS and provide auditor training as needed
- Oversee surveillance audits conducted by external auditors, such as TUV NORD, and ensure compliance with observations
