About the role
This role is responsible for conducting detailed analyses of plant equipment performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence. This role will also manage equipment budgets, ensure the reliability of instruments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of major plant equipment, utilizing test data to identify performance trends and losses
- Communicate identified gaps to stakeholders and collaborate on developing resolution strategies
- Support in the resolution of issues based on insights and analysis from operational data
- Manage instrument budgeting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for equipment maintenance and upgrades
- Manage calibration schedules to maintain the accuracy, reliability and availability of major equipment
