About the role
The Shift Engineer - Automation is responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of the MSEL module line through stabilization initiatives, effective team building, and optimized spare management. This role focuses on maintaining high equipment availability for production while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization.
What you'll do
- Track the number of capability enhancement initiatives to develop a skilled workforce. Focus on fostering teamwork and improving engagement among team members
- Assess the percentage of effective SAP-PM utilization in spare management. Optimize inventory levels to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times
- Measure the percentage availability of equipment at the MSEL Module line. Identify factors affecting downtime to ensure consistent production capability
