About the role
Manage and optimize end-to-end treasury and capital finance operations, including the issuance and administration of financial instruments such as equity, debt, bonds, working capital & Commercial Papers. Lead multiple teams across various portfolios, ensuring seamless coordination with other teams and business units.
What you'll do

- Implement automation and digital tools to enhance process efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and provide end to end support in fund raising activities
- Identify process gaps, potential risks, and control weaknesses; proactively implement preventive and corrective measures
- Establish internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Lenders and internal policies, reducing financial and operational risks
- Maintain stringent hygiene and control standards to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
