About the role
Engineer - Operations (Wind) is responsible for supporting the operations activities of wind energy assets. This role involves executing daily maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient asset performance, and monitoring operational parameters. The Engineer will assist in improving asset reliability, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
What you'll do
- Monitor and achieve operational performance targets in alignment with annual business plans
- Ensure adherence to the power curve and maintain operational efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance (HYPM,YPM) , testing, calibration, and asset maintenance
- Resolve critical site issues and ensure timely payment cycles
- Coordinate with OEMs to implement earlist Correctives
