About the role
This position will be responsible for facilitating sales operations in bunkering through effective interdepartmental liaison, client relationship management, contract management, data reporting, and strategic digitization and automation initiatives
What you'll do
- Work as an Operations Assistant and perform SAP entries related to bunker supply chain operations
- Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, surveyors, and cross-functional teams for the smooth execution of daily bunker supply operations
- Handle day-to-day field operations involving barges, pipelines, and tank truck movements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DG Shipping guidelines, and international bunkering standards
- Maintain operational databases, records, and MIS reports on a timely basis
