About the role
Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and condition-based maintenance activities of Boiler systems and auxiliaries. Ensure high reliability and availability of Boiler equipment including Pressure Parts, APH, ESP, PA Fans, FD Fans, ID Fans, Soot Blowers, Dampers, Ducting, Expansion Joints, Coal Piping, and associated systems.
What you'll do
- Lead preventive, predictive, breakdown, and condition-based maintenance activities of Boiler systems and auxiliaries
- Ensure high reliability and availability of Boiler equipment including Pressure Parts, APH, ESP, PA Fans, FD Fans, ID Fans, Soot Blowers, Dampers, Ducting
- Plan and execute annual overhauls, capital repairs, shutdown activities, and major maintenance projects within approved timelines and budgets
- Monitor Boiler performance parameters and identify opportunities for reliability improvement, efficiency enhancement, and equipment life extension
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring failures and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
