Support setup of Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant. Process development and improvement activities. Shift-wise process monitoring and control. Improve cell efficiency and product quality. Coordinate with all departments as required by management. Ensure proper training as per TNI (5 man-days).
