About the role
Responsible for overseeing operational efficiency and coordination across logistics, ensuring targeted coal dispatches, managing operational logistics budgets, implementing safety protocols, and driving automation initiatives. Also accountable for liaising with railways, achieving financial targets, leading digitization efforts, and fostering a high-performance team culture to sustain operational excellence and employee engagement.
What you'll do
- Ensure achievement of targeted coal dispatches for the entire cluster
- Collaborate with HODs of Railway operations, Mining, Security, Civil, Electrical, IT, and Accounts departments for smooth logistics operations
- Manage operational Expense within approved budgets and monitor it on timely basis
- Implement safety protocols across logistics operations for the cluster
- Maintain regular interaction with the TPS team to ensure effective quantity and quality control
