About the role
Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP, pre-bid meetings, bidder qualification, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations, e-auctions and award recommendations. Manage EPC/EPCM/LSTK, equipment, construction and service contracts across mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, utilities and process packages. Negotiate price, payment terms, taxes, warranties, liquidated damages, guarantees, indemnities, liabilities, insurance and performance obligations.
What you'll do
- Develop package-wise sourcing and contracting strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets and technical requirements
- Manage EPC/EPCM/LSTK, equipment, construction and service contracts across mechanical, electrical, civil, instrumentation, utilities and process packages
- Negotiate price, payment terms, taxes, warranties, liquidated damages, guarantees, indemnities, liabilities, insurance and performance obligations
- Prepare approval notes/NFAs, purchase orders, work orders and contract documents in line with DoA, procurement policy and audit requirements
- Drive post-order management including expediting, billing break-up, change orders, amendments, claims, time extensions and contract closure
