Superintendent – Operations CSD & Ancillaries manages the operation and maintenance of support crafts, ensuring daily operational readiness, efficient fleet functioning, and the well-being and performance of related staff. What you'll do
- Optimize support craft deployment, monitor O&M activities, and oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of assigned equipment
- Maintain technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, and complete required documentation and certifications on time
- Develop and implement RCA and CAPA procedures, monitor adherence to schedules, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and compliance
- Manage and optimize budgets for CSD asset maintenance and projects and contribute to policy development for asset management
- Conduct emergency drills, emphasize safety compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the team
