Execute sourcing requests including RFQ preparation, response tracking, and price comparisons as per defined SOPs. Ensure accurate and timely closure of sourcing service requests while adhering to SLAs. Ensure adherence to sourcing policies, approval hierarchies, and governance controls in daily transactions.

- Maintain sourcing documentation including RFQs, vendor responses
- Support audit preparedness by ensuring accuracy and completeness of sourcing data in the system
