About the role
Manage BGV initiation, tracking, review, and closure across business units. Ensure cases are completed within defined TATs and SLAs. Review discrepancies, red flags, and exceptions as per the BGV policy. Coordinate with TA, BUHR, candidates, and BGV vendors. Monitor vendor performance, quality, and SLA compliance.
