Team Member - Treasury & Corporate Finance at Adani Group. Long-Term Fund Raising: Assist in fund raising activities which include preparation of information memorandum, review, and negotiation of the financing documents.
What you'll do
- Working Capital Financing: Arrange Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Buyer’s Credits
- Assist in strategic initiatives and critical decisions
- Strategic planning on determining the financial viability of a particular project
- Analyze opportunities to reduce/optimize finance costs
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance & Account, Group Treasury, Business Development
