• Develop and customize IntelliMatch systems to meet client requirements
• Configure system components such as users, accounts, and auto-matching rules
• Provide ongoing support, including system maintenance, issue resolution, and performance improvements
• Analyze requirements and implement system solutions to simplify and automate processes
• Create and maintain accurate system documentation
