Internal Recruiter - Mumbai at Adecco India. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer issuance, pre-employment medical and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer issuance, pre-employment medical and onboarding
- Recruit for Engineering, EPC, Power & Energy profiles across various functions and levels
- Independently manage and close multiple recruitment assignments, handling 10+ vacancies simultaneously
- Handle positions with average CTC of ₹1520 LPA and above, preferably for critical/specialized engineering roles
- Perform head hunting, market mapping and organization mapping to identify niche and passive candidates
