- Research and map experiences across target cities and identify categories with high user demand
- Analyze competitor platforms, pricing, customer interest, and market trends to identify opportunities
- Evaluate which experiences have strong potential and identify gaps in the marketplace
- Reach out to experience providers and build relationships for onboarding onto the platform
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the brand onboarding process
