Sr Manager/AGM - Retention(Education Sector/Institute)---Gurgaon at ADI Group. Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling.
What you'll do
- Call dropout students and meet them and their parents for counseling
- Understand the concerns of the Student/Parent for dropout
- Follow up regularly with Student/Parents to retain them
- Discuss with Centre Operations Manager / HOD (Head of Department) and provide solution to retain the student
- Have House calls fixed to meet parents
